My phone storage is almost full. I have iCloud and have deleted apps. But a huge portion for “media” is taking up storage space. What is this??

My ph storage is at capacity. I have iCloud and have deleted apps. But storage shows a huge amount being taken up by “media”!! What’s that from? I have cleaned out all mail, messages, and safari.
