How to upgrade to specific minor version?

I want to upgrade my Sierra(10.12.6) to High Sierra(10.13.3) because macOS higher than 10.13.3 cause problem my DisplayLink USB monitors.

I've tried to Combo update for 10.13.3 but it requires macOS higher than 10.13.
Therefore I need to update 10.12.6 to 10.13.0 first of all, and run 10.13.3 Combo update but was not able to find 10.13.0Combo update and way to upgrade the version.

Any ideas?:

You can't get that version.
Apple only allows you to download the most current version (10.13.6) via the App Store.
