I was wondering if I turn off iCloud Photo Library, if my backups will still include all of my photos.
Basically, I need to do a backup on my phone, but I don't have enough iCloud space, so if I can get the photos off I cloud, then I will have plenty of space. But, I still want to have my photos when I back up my phone. I hope that makes sense! Hope someone can help.
:Photos are not included in an iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Photo Library turned on; i.e., they aren't stored in iCloud twice.

When you use Messages in iCloud or turn on iCloud Photo Library, your content is automatically stored in iCloud. That means they're not included in your iCloud Backup.
